Job Summary

Are you interested in e-commerce and you’re energetic? As an Administrative Assistant at PConline365, you will support the Business Development Department Manager in a variety of tasks. In your role, you will be supporting the administrative responsibilities of the department, and completing tasks as assigned. The position is in Newark, Delaware. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with one-hour unpaid break. The base salary for the Assistant position is $3500-$4000/month, and the range for monthly bonus is 0~10%.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

Supporting Business Relationships

  • Receive all visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Assist visitors and team members by reserving and setting up meetings

  • Answering calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner

  • Guide people to their intended destination

Supporting Internal Operations

  • Receive, sort, and deliver mail internally

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports

  • Support groups with meeting minutes as needed

  • Assist with opening the company

Completing Tasks and Maintenance

  • Receive, stock, replenish, and order office supplies

  • Book travel arrangements and help with external conference registrations

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office kitchen, printer area, and other common areas

  • Clean and disinfect conference and meeting rooms after use

  • Communicate with the third-party custodian team

  • Manage communication with the landlord

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2-year degree. In absence of a 2-year degree, work experience or specialized training would be considered or any combination of education and work experience/training.

  • Punctuality and accountability are required for the role.

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills are a must.

  • The ability to proofread typed material for grammatical, typographical or spelling errors is required.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workplace is required.

  • Having the ability to multitask, prioritize, and have strong organizational skills is a must.

  • Experience with working with cross-functional and diverse groups is highly desirable.

  • There is a three-month probationary period.
