Job Summary
Are you interested in e-commerce and you’re energetic? As an Executive Assistant at PConline365, you will provide high-level administrative support to the COO. Reporting directly to the COO, your role provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. You also serve as a liaison to the COO and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects. The position is in Newark, Delaware. The base salary for the Executive Assistant position is $5,000-$6,500/month (Junior Level) or $6,500-$8,500/month (Senior Level), and the range for quarterly bonus is 0~10%.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Executive Support
Work closely and effectively with the COO to keep well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Coordinate high volume of internal and external meetings ensuring that diaries are efficiently managed
Ensure that follow-ups are actioned after meetings where appropriate
Provide a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff
Performs additional duties as assigned by executives
Administrative Support
Manage daily calendar of meetings and events
Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization using Microsoft Office
Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required.
Have excellent communication and time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment is required.
Previous experience is recommended but not essential.
Expert-level written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail is required.
Proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability are needed for the role.
Must be adaptable to the ever-changing needs of a fast-growing technology company and be able to work flexibly in terms of responsibilities and responsiveness.
Have the ability to work well across the organization with employees of all levels and in all departments.
Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings are required.
