Job Summary

Are you interested in computers and hardware? As a Hardware Management PCOnline, you will join our growing team responsible for managing hardware inventory and engaging in teamwork. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm. The probation period is one month, the base salary is $2800-3300/month with a monthly bonus ranging from 0~10%.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

Hardware Management

  • Provide hardware meets the daily needs’ of the production lines

  • Recycle, sort and store the remaining hardware on a daily basis

  • Document hardware inbound & outbound by strictly following the established procedure

  • Monitor and count the amount of hardware and report any shortage every day

Teamwork, Communication and Collaboration

  • Communicate with teams whenever necessary and complete deliverables effectively 

  • Reflect and report issues encountered in a timely manner

  • Analyze and document issues at work, causes and solutions 

  • Other project or task will be assigned based on the growing needs


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required. All majors are welcome. Strong learning ability is required.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workplace is required.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong sensitivity to new products and information.

  • Strong customer service, computer proficiency, communication skills as well as the attention to detail.

  • The ability to multitask and prioritize and strong organizational skills are a must.

  • Experience with working in cross-functional and diverse groups is highly desirable.

  • Bilingual abilities in Mandarin Chinese and English are preferred.

  • There is a three-month probationary period.
