Job Summary

Are you interested in analyzing and implementing innovative solutions to detect and resolve computer system issues? As a Systems Analyst at PConline365, you will join our growing team responsible for troubleshooting computer system problems, providing technical training to the production team, supporting customer returns, and timely communicating impacts. The base salary is $4500/month with a monthly bonus ranging from 0~10%.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:


Examining Computer System

  • Disassemble new computer products and performing diagnostic assessments

  • Conduct feasibility test of new upgrades and evaluate their performance

  • Perform hardware compatibility check 

  • Make operation system installation media for new products


Providing Technical Training and Support to the Production Team

  • Streamline the current processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency in daily operations

  • Solve technical issues that the Production department encounters during their daily operations

  • Guide the production team to solve problems regarding computer hardware upgrades

  • Offer routine technical training to increase team performance and maintain high productivity

  • Collaborate with Production Manager to train new team members of the production department effectively

  • Build and provide additional content for the Common Issue Manual


Supporting Customer Returns

  • Examine all returned products and detect and resolve any issues

  • Analyze and report common cases that cause customers to return

  • Contact manufacturers for warranty and returns


 Timely Communicating Impacts

  • Evaluate customers’ product reviews and feedback to create sound recommendations for solutions 

  • Interface with cross-functional teams to propose effective solutions

  • Present challenging cases to the leadership team for decision-making and timely resolution if applicable

  • Provide customers with other technical support if needed


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, and majors in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering are highly preferred.

  • Experience with analyzing and examining computer issues is preferred.

  • Abilities of patience, exploration, learning, and follow-up communication are preferred.

  • Experience with providing technical support for computers is preferred.

  • Experience with tools, including HWMonitor, 3DMark, UserBenchmark, Cinebench, Geekbench, MSI Afterburner is preferred.

  • Bilingual abilities in Mandarin Chinese and English are preferred.

  • We are open to accepting candidates with OPT.

  • There is a one-month probationary period.
