Are you interested in e-commerce and do you have strong leadership skills? As a Manager in training at PConline365, you will participate in our company’s Management Trainee Program. This program fast tracks the careers of the brightest, most driven graduates through our 12-18 month rotation that offers in-depth exposure to our business operations and global projects. 

In this role, you will go through a series of rotations in various departments with the purpose of preparing you for a leadership position that maximizes your strengths, ambitions, and aspirations. You will have first-hand interactions with our Company’s Executives and leadership team.  Department rotations include Warehouse, Production, Technical, Account Operations, Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources. In this program, you will spend 4 to 6 weeks immersed in the various functions within each department. For the remaining 6-8 weeks you will have the opportunity to lead a team or project. In some departments, you will assist the manager or team lead in their responsibilities to sharpen your leadership skills and learn how to shoulder managerial responsibilities. Department assignments will be based on business needs and the skills of the candidate; the length of the program is tailored to each candidate. 

The position is located in Newark, Delaware. The working hours are generally Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm and actual hours will be dependent on department rotation. The base salary for the Management Intern position is $5000-$6000/month, and the quarterly bonus is 0~10%.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

Phase 1 (6-9 months): 


  • The trainee will learn and carry out warehouse safety practices, including COVID-19, fire, work safety, etc. 

  • Learn to foster a conducive work environment for the warehouse while practicing and sense of urgency for order fulfillment.

  • Will learn and be able to greet incoming guests and buyers with professionalism and respect.

  • Be able to receive, handle, ship out packages for FBM and FBA orders.

  • Learn and be able to track and handle missing and damaged packages with urgency.

  • Familiarize yourself with the internal ERP system and be able to utilize it to track and the life cycle of inventory.

  • Learn and operate all warehouse equipment while assisting with equipment maintenance and routine details.

  • Obtain basic knowledge of government regulations, including but not limited to construction codes, permits, and licenses.

  • Work and maintain good relationships with front-line warehouse staff.


  • Learn the technical skills for upgrading and customizing our products.

  • Learn the skills to repair our renewal and return products.

  • Provide quality control support using our proprietary developed QC software tools.

  • Work with the Manager to delegate tasks and plan out the production work schedule.


  • Troubleshoot and repair products and interact with customers through our messaging system.

  • Communicate and provide warranty services for our manufacturers.

  • Test new products, provide technical support for the production line and train production employees on their responsibilities.

Phase 2 (9-12 months)

Account Operations

  • Learn and explore the intricacies of the marketplace’s account health and policies along with order processing.

  • Open cases, write plans of actions and appeals.

  • Respond to customer messages, address seller feedback, and manage product listings.


  • Identify and select products for our growing portfolio then perform inventory management.

  • Learn and create listings and advertisements that generate millions worth of annual revenue.

  • Negotiate and procure computer electronics and hardware with our various vendors.


  • Communicate and strengthen our relationship with couriers, clients, and vendors.

  • Collaborate with external professionals in various Marketplaces.

  • Meet with manufacturers, distributors, and 3rd party suppliers both in e-meetings and travel domestically for live meetings. 

  • Attend consumer electronic conferences and represent the company at trade shows.

Human Resources

  • Participate in recruiting projects to strengthen our talent pipeline and develop sourcing channels

  • Interface with all levels of the organization, actively listen to employees’ voice and propose feasible solutions

  • Cooperate with all Department Managers to expand our training programs for frontline employees

  • Research and design meaningful company events to enhance employees’ engagement

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience or Master’s degree in Business and Public Administration, Technical Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, or related fields.

  • Able to multitask and prioritize and strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

  • Comfortable with working in teams with different backgrounds, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions, and fosters inclusion.

  • Capable of leading innovative and undefined projects, handling known and unforeseen obstacles, taking ownership, and executing projects to completion.

  • Self-motivated to drive results and deliver above and beyond expectations.

  • Embraces ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Able to effectively work on several projects simultaneously and remain agile in the face of setbacks and change.

  • Operates with an open mind, is insightful and innovative, and has a desire to know the “why” behind our current processes. 

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for report writing, data analysis, and giving presentations.

  • Strong computer proficiency and business acumen with attention to detail.

  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Bilingual abilities in Mandarin Chinese and English are preferred.
