Job Summary
Are you interested in e-Commerce? As a Marketing Strategy and Planning Associate (Refurbished Team) at PCOnline, you will join our growing team responsible for product positioning, managing inventory, and leading multifaceted communication. 
You will be working on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. You may lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. You will exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. The base salary is $3800-4600/month, and the range for monthly bonus is 0~10%. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
Managing Product Listing 

  • Create and maintain B2C products listings on the marketplace according to the Marketing Mix 5P’s (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People.)

  • Utilize and leverage a variety of resources to encourage Unique Selling Proposition (USP).

  • Define product value proposition, develop Call-to-Action (CTA) selling points.

  • Translate product strategy and value proposition into detailed customer experience to minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies that best suited to the Buyer Persona in question, for example using A/B Testing to maximize the ROI (return of investment).

  • Work closely with the production dept to deliver products timely and within optimal resources. 

Managing Inventory (housekeeping)

  • Update listing inventory across major e-commerce platform(s)

  • Allocate inventory to a library of product listings that generate and encourage the highest ROI.

  • Monitor and manage inbound and outbound inventory, at the same time calibrate the internal reference data on/using MS excel.

  • Conduct inventory checks regularly in our in-house warehouse.

Leading Multifaceted Communication

  • Participate site innovation program and provide business consultation to the project leaders

  • Understand current and anticipated consumer electronics trends and new business models to seek new business opportunities

  • Provide recommendations for roadmaps/platforms.

  • Follow up with customer services and collaborate with the Account operation Dept.

  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to effectively market our products

  • Support our Product Managers to achieve department goals 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • College degree in Marketing/Business administration /engineering or equivalent

  • 0–5-year experience in product marketing fundamentals.

  • Internship experience or equivalent required if 0 year of experience, and determination to learn and get up to speed.

  • Relatively high in Conscientiousness and orderliness.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of general marketing function either through education or work experience.

  • Comfortable with MS Excel/ database (or determination to learn)

  • Any knowledge in SQL/ HTML/ C++/python/ Java/R/AutoCAD/ Solidworks is a plus.

  • General Knowledge in refurbished, renew, used goods or equivalent is a plus.

  • Experience with managing product listing or account in the marketplace is desirable.

  • Respectable reading and writing skills in English are required. Able to speak 1+ languages is a plus. 

  • Training needed to perform at the job will be provided.

  • A three-month probationary period shall be a requirement.
