Marketplace Operations Assistant
Are you interested in working proactively with different teams? The Marketplace Operations Assistant will be responsible for creating/preparing outbound shipments to marketplace distribution centers, acting as a support and problem-solving role for the internal team, communicating and discussing issues with our external Marketplace Account Managers, and maintaining healthy and collaborative relationships for future business development. The base salary is $3500-$4000 and the range for monthly bonus is 0% ~ 10%.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Managing Marketplace Inventory
Update listing inventory across the various marketplace
Create shipment orders to marketplace distribution centers
Monitor outbound inventory shipment, issue claims for lost shipments, or other shipment issues with the marketplace support team
Explore the marketplace shipment creation policies and update our internal procedures
Check marketplace removal products, coordinate with return specialists, and issue reimbursement claims for damaged products
Account Maintenance and Multifaceted Communication
Check marketplace performance notifications on a daily basis
Explore, learn and summarize the marketplace account-related policies, and forward them to the appropriate internal teams
Collaborate with our internal Marketing department, collect unsolved questions, email them to external Marketplace Account Managers, and seek resolutions
Summarize and document resolved issues in the database for future references
Qualifications and requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required, and all majors are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English is required. Working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workplace is required.
